How a fee works
Three amounts. One of them is yours.

Collection
The customer pays the collection amount. Your balance is credited that amount minus the Radok fee. The net is what you reconcile against.

Payout
Your balance is debited amount + fee. The recipient receives the amount. The fee is not taken from what they get.

Test mode
Every fee is zero in test. Size your economics from these Standard live rates, not from sandbox.

No. Both are collections. A successful payment through a payment link or a virtual account uses the same collection fee: 0.80%, capped at ₦100.
Are fees charged in test?
No. Test mode never charges a fee and never moves real money. Use the calculator on this page for live Standard economics.
What about BVN and NIN checks?
Identity checks are ₦100 for BVN and ₦150 for NIN on the Standard plan. A repeat check of the same identifier is cached and not charged again.
